Your Responsibilities:

  • Integrity in Leadership: Embody the principles of our credit union and serve as a trusted resource for our members.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary is $60,000 annually, with adjustments based on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, a defined benefit pension plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, long and short-term disability coverage, paid vacation, and sick leave.

Work Schedule: Full-time hours typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming branch atmosphere that reflects a secure financial institution, prioritizing member privacy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee daily branch operations.
  • Foster an educational environment for both members and staff regarding digital services and branch technology.
  • Manage personnel documentation, including performance reviews and training assessments.
  • Deliver accurate and prompt service to members in person and over the phone.
  • Exemplify professionalism and a positive attitude to set a standard for staff.
  • Facilitate open communication between management and branch personnel.
  • Support management initiatives and maintain transparency with staff.
  • Keep senior leadership informed about branch conditions affecting operations.
  • Identify training needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of branch finances, including cash flow management.
  • Participate in community events to promote the credit union.
  • Occasionally work from home as business needs arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a banking or credit union environment; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good credit standing is required and will be verified during the hiring process. A criminal background check and drug screening will also be conducted upon a contingent job offer.
