The Schwab Financial Solutions Branch operates within SRG, focusing on a high-scale relationship model aimed at assisting Mass Affluent investors.

This extension of the Branch Network collaborates closely with both new and existing Mass Affluent clients to enhance engagement, foster trust, and deliver investment solutions and tools tailored for today's financial landscape. The Financial Solutions Branch partners with a variety of departments and stakeholders, including local branches, to ensure clients maximize their relationship with Schwab.

Financial Consultants in the Financial Solutions Branch leverage a combination of personal and digital interactions to drive engagement, nurture relationships, and cultivate long-term client loyalty within Schwab's mass affluent clientele. Through proactive engagement, you will support client outreach, enhance client retention, and elevate overall client satisfaction, positioning yourself as a vital resource in guiding clients toward financial success.

As a Financial Consultant in the Financial Solutions Branch, your role will involve advocating for your clients by actively listening to their needs, understanding their priorities, and collaborating with a team of internal specialists to help clients achieve their financial objectives. You will confidently offer wealth management recommendations, advisory insights, and discuss timely topics to facilitate meaningful outcomes for your clients. Additionally, you will grow and maintain your practice by addressing client needs, supporting asset consolidation, and partnering with clients throughout their financial journey.

Your typical day will include:
  • Client Outreach: Engaging with clients through planning and advisory discussions.
  • Virtual Presentations: Conducting presentations on market trends and financial strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working with business partners and sharing best practices within your branch.
  • Digital Engagement: Utilizing digital enhancements to improve client interactions on the Schwab platform.

When meeting with clients, you will:
  • Be Inquisitive and Consultative: Understand your clients' perspectives and recommend suitable solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Establish Trust: Build robust relationships and deepen client engagement through effective communication strategies.
  • Follow a Structured Process: Utilize technology to deliver tailored advice and solutions through a systematic sales approach focused on client needs.
  • Leverage Team Expertise: Collaborate with Schwab specialists and utilize your market knowledge to inspire action and help clients progress toward their goals.
  • Educate Clients: Engage clients in discussions about market conditions and sound investment principles to help them make informed decisions.

  • Active FINRA Series 7, Series 66 (63/65) license, and Life & Health Insurance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of financial services experience is preferred.
