Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure contracted services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Site Management: Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of establishments to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Audit and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure sites meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including FLSA, OSHA, and ADA.
  • Customer Service and Relations: Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and facilitate budgets to identify areas of cost savings and improvement, and ensure sites meet continuously budgeted goals.
  • Business Development: Assist in the advancement of developing new markets, increasing market share, and obtaining a competitive position in the industry.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and maintain reports on all financial aspects of the business, including forecasting and trends, and conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely, and effective communication within all levels of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: A.A. Degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, and ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, forklift certification, and completed all safety and task training certification.
Compensation

Starting salary: $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
