Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to lead and oversee our accounting operations and financial processes. This role will ensure the integrity of our financial reporting, maintain compliance, and provide key financial insights to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Manage customer accounts and collections, including receivables and payables
  • Support external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business growth
Requirements
  • Currently based in the US
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to work productively with remote teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an accounting or controller role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and present financial data to senior management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
