Marketing Coordinator

Razor Tracking is a leading provider of fleet management and operations platforms. We offer a powerful and user-friendly platform to track vehicles and assets, helping customers manage their operations in any industry.
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in promoting our platform, brand, and products. This role will help increase qualified lead generation, customer retention, and other positive client-related outcomes.
The internship position will be based onsite at Razor Tracking in Fargo, requiring approximately 10-20 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with graphic design, social media, and website design and maintenance.
- Assist the marketing team with asset creation from photography, videography, and sales collateral to press releases, print ads, and digital ads.
- Promote and ensure Razor Tracking's brand identity follows established guidelines and is seamless in all collateral pieces.
- Create and maintain printed and electronic customer-facing marketing resources such as product guides, one-pagers, and installation guides.
- Help support and build the company's social media strategy, content curation, and published postings for high community engagement and long-term content promotion.
- Assist the Marketing Team in conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
- Assist with website functions including updating, editing, monitoring, and tracking visitors for products. E.g., new pages, and call-to-action placement.
- Participate in trade shows and other events as needed.
- Other tasks and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university or recently graduated with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Social Media or related concentration.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete multiple tasks promptly without constant guidance.
- Organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Experience or interest in learning Adobe, Microsoft Office, and marketing-related programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a proactive approach to status updates on current projects.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience with content writing, advertising, and social media.
- Valid driver's license for minimal travel needed to gather marketing materials or assist in trade shows.
