• Market and lease available properties to prospective residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate lease signings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities.

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
