Job Title: Technical Supervisor

At DuPont de Nemours, Inc., we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. As a Technical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our research support systems, ensuring the safety and compliance of our facilities, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the semiworks area, including safety inspections, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise a team of Technical Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
  • Oversee R&D maintenance, prioritizing tasks, approving work orders, and coordinating with maintenance teams.
  • Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives, including training, investigations, and audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent management experience.
  • Three years' work experience in research or manufacturing professional roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to contribute to a team environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and driving results.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a union-represented environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience of union-represented employees.
  • Process safety management experience and lock-out experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and S2P for work orders, POs, and cost management.
