Job Description: As a Logistics Sales Coordinator at Logistify, you will play a key role in supporting our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. This may involve managing daily shipment activities, resolving issues, and negotiating pricing and rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate pricing and rates with customers to ensure competitive offerings.
- Input, update, and manage shipment information using our latest technology platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless shipping operations.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work with technology. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, great customer service skills, and a determination to drive results.
