The RoleWe're seeking individuals to join our growing Sales staff. If you're looking for a change of pace from the typical 'corporate' dealership or relocating from the cities, we'd like to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible while in our dealership.
Salary and BenefitsOur Sales staff members can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 + per year, with opportunities for OTE (On-Target Earnings) of up to $70,000 for full-year employees meeting performance expectations. Our top earners can exceed $100,000 per year. We also offer a range of benefits, including vacation time, health insurance, dental insurance, 401K plan, basic life insurance, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
- Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
- Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using our CRM system.
- Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
- Bring a positive attitude and high energy to work every day.
- Ability to maintain a hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday.
- Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license.
