We are seeking a highly skilled Product Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Thunderbolt. As a Product Industrialization Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing customer projects according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement customer projects according to APQP standards
- Determine process capability
- Support products and processes in series production
- Transfer prototypes into series production
- Participate in process development
- Provide prototype support (planning, research, procurement, test preparation, testing, documentation)
- Coordinate with adjacent departments
- Solve operational problems
- Procure tools
Requirements:
- Technical studies or extensive professional experience in a comparable position
- Willingness to catch up on any gaps in knowledge or skills
