**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Crosslink Employee Services LLC. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality management system of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) of GlobalMed Logistix, a leader in medical device distribution.
  • Review and implement QMS policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with FDA and Federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with Operation Managers and Quality Manager to ensure day-to-day operations are performed in accordance with QMS requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to QMS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Identify and report nonconformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including records, reports, and procedures.
  • Provide input to management on QMS-related matters, including policy development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or other scientific field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Quality (ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements).
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment is necessary.
  • Proficient level with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is regularly required to sit and climb or balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to access and physically navigate the warehouse facility.
