About Company / Opportunity:

Talently Recruiting is seeking an experienced leader to drive our Development team's success. As Senior Land Development Manager, you will oversee the entitlement, land acquisition, and development teams in identifying, securing, and developing high-quality assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in land acquisition, entitlements, development, and HOA
  • Establish and maintain a network of reputable industry partners in land sale, development, and acquisition
  • Identify and acquire raw land, completed lots, and other development opportunities
  • Provide financial oversight, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for your Division

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of experience in real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Related experience in commercial or residential construction or development
  • Strong budget management, reporting, and financial management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energetic, hard-working, and goal-oriented individuals excel in this role
  • Experience working with a residential homebuilder is a plus
  • Willingness to expand into other potential markets in the future
