How You Will Contribute:
Position Overview: This role involves overseeing a cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU). The Plant Manager will be accountable for all aspects of manufacturing, safety, training, personnel management, maintenance, and other necessary activities to ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to be on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Occasional travel required – typically 1 to 6 trips per year
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 4 to 10+ years of experience in the process industry, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in Air Separation plant operations
