Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Cultivate new business opportunities and identify cross-selling and upselling potential
- Business Development and Partnerships
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
- Customer Success and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
- Identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion through sales and business development initiatives
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
