About the Role

Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
    • Cultivate new business opportunities and identify cross-selling and upselling potential
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Customer Success and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
    • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
    • Identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion through sales and business development initiatives
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
