This vital role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving the identification, preparation, and submission of high-impact proposals to institutional donors.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a global institutional donor fundraising strategy, providing critical analysis and insight to the Senior Leadership Team and RI Boards on business development trends, and building RI's capacity to successfully prime for development proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership and achievement in a similar role, with experience managing teams in complex contexts and a proven ability to analyze complex organizational challenges and present innovative solutions.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global institutional donor fundraising strategy

- Track record of leadership and achievement in a previous, similar role and progressive responsibility
- Proven experience managing teams in challenging/complex contexts and INGO context
- Successful lead proposal writing and partnership development track record
