Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality housekeeping services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client expectations
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with HCSG standards and client requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
