Job Summary

The Billing and Cash Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the division with customer payments, cash handling, billing, and data entry. This position works predominantly in the office and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments and cash receipts, ensuring accurate and timely posting to customer accounts.
  • Research and resolve routine billing questions and discrepancies, referring unusual problems to higher-level personnel.
  • Enter accurate and complete data into the billing system, making corrections as needed to ensure accurate billing.
  • Review various billing system reports to identify billing discrepancies and make corrections accordingly.
  • Partner with the team and management to quickly bring issues to their attention and offer potential solutions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years high-volume cash application experience.
