Job Summary
LifeWorks NW is seeking a skilled Chemical Dependency Counselor, On Call, to provide substance abuse treatment services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and a passion for helping individuals overcome addiction.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluate clients to determine the best course of treatment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy
• Conduct urinalysis and other assessments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements
• Current CADC 1 or equivalent national certification
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment and counseling techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
