Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Associate to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to discuss at-risk accounts and provide solutions to recover and update accounts.
  • Explain the process of recovering and updating at-risk accounts and the services Equiniti provides throughout the reunification process.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or securities industry.
  • Experience in customer service and/or inside sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience with guidelines of financial institutions related to distribution of assets strongly preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and data.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
