Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Surety Account Executive to join our team. As a leader in the industry, Aon is one of the largest surety brokers representing both contract and commercial clients both domestically and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients, providing advisory services and guidance on surety program options.
  • Consult with clients regarding surety market conditions and the surety companies, securing and managing surety facilities to meet clients' surety bond requirements.
  • Monitor clients' company structure, operations, and credit profile in support of the surety program, reviewing financial presentations and working with client service teams to manage day-to-day account management.
  • Deliver new solutions for clients by reviewing their needs and ensuring surety credit is maximized, driving growth by working collaboratively with internal sales producers and other surety team members.
  • Prepare and present surety proposals and presentations, leveraging business development skills to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the surety industry, with a strong understanding of surety market conditions and the surety companies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to travel and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and technical proficiency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
