Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and allocate key field roles through regional management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Job Requirements

  • Consistent attendance is mandatory for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management is preferred.
  • Capability to implement innovative and effective management strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate and industry standards, practices, and their implications on project execution is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including tact, diplomacy, and influence) are crucial.
  • Strong business insight; quality decision-making; effective work management; commitment to achieving results.
