Position Summary

The role involves overseeing, organizing, and ensuring the successful execution of a construction project within APAC-Atlantic, Inc.

Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and allocate key field roles through regional management.
  • Set project goals, guidelines, procedures, and performance metrics in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Establish and maintain communication with primary clients and design professionals to support construction efforts.
  • Supervise construction activities through administrative guidance of the on-site manager to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery; assess critical situations and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Represent the organization in project discussions; contribute to strategic planning sessions, etc.
  • Oversee financial elements of contracts (payments, equipment rentals, income/expenses, etc.) to safeguard the company's interests while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Job Requirements

  • Consistent attendance is mandatory for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management is preferred.
