About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager with Michael Page, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial construction projects in the Savannah area. You will be responsible for managing project managers and superintendents on site, ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to close out. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, and design consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project managers and superintendents on site
  • Prepare punch lists and manage field personnel
  • Establish project plans and maintain weekly progress
  • Maintain positive relationships with owners, engineers, and design consultants
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives
  • Enforce safety programs and manage quality control
  • Manage accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs

Requirements
  • Experience in broad commercial construction
  • Experience in ground-up construction
  • Experience with projects $7 million to $20 million
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Experience with concrete and structural steel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in construction management or related field
