Job Summary
Craft Recruiting is seeking a skilled Heavy Construction Project Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting heavy construction materials to project sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport heavy construction materials to project sites using a variety of equipment, including trucks and cranes.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of materials, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate material delivery and ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in heavy construction or transportation industry preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, as well as communicate effectively with management and supervision.
- Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools, and layout tools.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements.
