We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients throughout their electrification projects. This position involves direct interaction with customers, installers, and various internal teams to provide comprehensive support from the initial inquiry to the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, offering assistance before, during, and after the installation process.
  • Manage complex customer inquiries and escalations, collaborating across departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to identify opportunities for process enhancements within the customer journey.
  • Assist the Operations team with project-related tasks, including permitting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Contribute actively to the formulation and implementation of the Customer Experience strategy.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer success or experience management, ideally in the residential construction sector.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related technologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and interpersonal relations.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, and the ability to make informed decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork, driving collective efforts towards shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data for decision-making.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup atmosphere.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within the home renovation or electrification sectors.
  • Background in project or program management.
  • A genuine interest in electrification and energy sustainability.
