Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-potential sales opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Create compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and revenue growth, preferably in real estate or finance
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $180,000 - $480,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, and PTO. As a remote 1099 commission-only role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule. Our top performers can earn over $550,000 annually, with an average first-year income of $125,000 for full-time employees.
