Advertising Sales Executive

Nerus Strategies is seeking a highly motivated Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure advertising commitments.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry and be familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. You will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,600 per year, plus commission-based earnings and performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and paid time off. We are committed to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for advancement.
This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, Monday through Friday. Supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities, commission pay, and performance bonuses.
