  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to the federal sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with C3, Inc.'s product development, marketing, and alliances teams to align federal initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of federal projects, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role within the federal sector, with a focus on systems integration, AI, or technology solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
    • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, applications, and their relevance to federal operations.
  • Clearance: Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
