Role Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices for services rendered by the Asset Optimization team, encompassing maintenance, subscription, and software fees.
  • Accurately managing invoices related to the offtake from operational assets under various agreements.
  • Ensuring all billing data is complete and precise, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • Monitoring billing cycles and addressing any issues to guarantee timely invoice issuance.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding billing inquiries and past-due accounts, ensuring exceptional support.
  • Investigating payment discrepancies to uphold accurate financial records.
  • Reviewing contracts and determining suitable billing methods and procedures.
  • Setting up new contracts in the accounting system to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Tracking contract renewals and associated billings to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Overseeing the accounts receivable email account for payments and promptly posting customer payments.
  • Preparing monthly accounts receivable reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Regularly distributing customer account statements.
  • Assisting with audits by gathering necessary information.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable; general accounting knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in service-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Understanding of contracts and various billing methods is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $76,725 to $93,775 annually, accompanied by comprehensive health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

This position may also include an annual performance bonus or other incentive compensation, reflecting the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Working Conditions

This role primarily involves office work, utilizing various software and office equipment, with occasional travel for conferences or project site visits.
