Job Description

National General is a leading provider of specialty personal lines insurance products, and we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their insurance needs, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Complete marketing activities and help with all office functions under the guidance of an Agent or Lead Sales Agent
  • Once licensed, responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by marketing and servicing Direct Auto products
  • Monitor key competitors in the local market area and make suggestions on initiatives to improve Direct Auto's position
  • Responsible for sales administration and reporting activities
