Sales Director Compensation Specialist

A fast-paced, high-performance culture Inc. 500 company is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our organization in the position of Sales Director. We process over 200,000 insurance claims annually for leading national and regional Workers' Compensation, Disability, Auto, and Group Health Carriers, Third-Party Administrators, Managed Care Organizations, Employers, and Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving your territory's revenue target by identifying and developing new accounts, and growing Dane Street's wallet share with existing national and local accounts. The estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year salary range reflects each employee's contributions and performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales processes by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
- Recommend new products and services based on current results and identify needs to be filled.
- Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts and explaining product capabilities.
- Document sales activities and results into our internal CRM platform.
- Stay updated on industry developments through conferences and seminars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in auto or workers compensation claims is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
