We are seeking an experienced AWS Engineer to help us upgrade our on-prem contact center to a cloud-based solution using Amazon Connect.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and experience with cloud migration projects. They will be responsible for designing and implementing the new cloud-based contact center, working closely with our team and vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing the cloud-based contact center using Amazon Connect
- Working with our team and vendors to ensure a smooth transition
- Providing knowledge transfer to get internal team members up to speed with the project and technologies being leveraged
- Utilizing various Amazon technologies, including Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon Workmail, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Connect Contact Lens
