What You'll Achieve:


• Design, engineer, configure, analyze, and troubleshoot cloud and on-prem network infrastructure and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, SDWAN, WAN protocols, and dynamic routing.


• Implement network solutions in various environments to support business applications, such as Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Global Wide Area Network, Core Data Center Network, Remote/Campus/Offshore Offices, Internet/DMZ, and Business to Business connections.


• Ensure the application of industry best practices and methodologies in designing, deploying, and operating infrastructure technology.


• Develop tactics and operational plans in alignment with strategic objectives for assigned technologies and projects.


• Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure and drive the execution of departmental and corporate programs.


• Maintain the quality and reliability of our network while developing innovative ways to automate and ensure a high level of availability for network services.


• Build, leverage, and maintain alliances across technical and business communities to achieve efficient and effective results.


• Collaborate with customers and peers to proactively identify potential issues and areas of improvement in existing network environments.


• Provide third-level support with troubleshooting issues affecting our network and contribute to research, evaluation, and recommendations of new technologies or redesign of existing solutions.


• Gain industry experience and exposure to seed new ideas with respect to the company's best interests and present findings, updates, and recommendations to all levels of management.


• Evaluate systems specifications regarding customer requirements and transform specifications into cost-effective, technically correct solutions.


• Prioritize work and manage projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities.


• Establish and manage to established quality control and security protocols and provide timely and accurate information regarding the status and performance of assigned project(s).


• Leverage technology to develop, redesign, and/or implement optimal technology solutions and multi-task, prioritize according to business priorities and production availability requirements.
