Collaborative Solutions for Communities is hiring a Family Housing Specialist to work with low-income families and individuals to help them achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, education, or psychology, and be able to develop effective case management plans, conduct home visits, and provide budget counseling and education.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assessing housing needs and developing individualized plans
  2. Providing mediation and advocacy with landlords
  3. Transporting clients as needed
  4. Collecting and reporting program data

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
