This role will also involve working with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain accurate demographic information and obtain necessary authorizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures, including data entry into our EMR system.
  • Work with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain accurate demographic information and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical records requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of administrative medical office experience, preferably in a specialty practice.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems required.
