- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective clinical practice and medication administration.
- Appropriate delegation and supervision of patient care activities.
- Effective communication with the healthcare team to promote a collaborative environment of care.
- Coordination of interdisciplinary plans of care based on current evidence-based practice.
- Documentation of all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on patient records.
- Demonstrating dependability, reliability, and flexibility.
- Providing patient, family, and caregiver education as directed by the plan of care.
