Position Title: Retail Operations Supervisor

Overview:

As a key player in our financial services team, the Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and supporting community engagement. This position acts as a vital representative of CNG Holdings, Inc., embodying our core values and mission to provide exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide and inform customers about our diverse range of financial products, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Address and escalate customer concerns to the Store Manager or District Director of Operations when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound communications for sales, service follow-ups, and collections, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Engage with customers using effective listening skills to clarify issues and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing cash drawers, processing deposits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform customer verifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Execute transactions accurately, including loans and check cashing, in line with company policies.
  • Complete required compliance training and adhere to federal and state regulations.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a retail or office environment with significant cash handling responsibilities.
  • Extended periods of standing and phone usage.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to various locations within the assigned district using personal vehicle.
  • Possible overnight travel may be required.
