Our New Home Sales Consultants are committed to guiding customers through every phase of the journey, regardless of their circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master and implement the Starlight sales methodology while showcasing exceptional customer service.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the home construction process and product offerings to effectively convey information to potential buyers.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and knowledge regarding Starlight Homes' vision, contributing to a robust team culture and driving the company towards success.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service through incoming inquiries, educating potential clients about our offerings, scheduling appointments, and addressing questions professionally.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations in line with company training.
  • Maintain a high level of activity by engaging with new prospects, following up with interested parties, and scheduling appointments to facilitate sales closures.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Foster open communication with Starlight Homes team members.
  • Participate actively in scheduled weekly meetings, providing updates and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to present organized information regarding prospects.
  • Utilize available resources to convert leads into potential customers and maintain consistent follow-up with clients under contract.
  • Generate referrals by upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Document leads, appointments, and all communications in Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Build and sustain relationships with real estate professionals through networking and office visits.

Additional Duties:

  • Represent Starlight Homes knowledgeably and professionally.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the homebuilding process, educating all prospects on what to expect.
  • Engage with community information and trends, including educational institutions, utilities, tax data, recreational facilities, and shopping areas.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and align it with the ideal home to meet their needs.
  • Utilize training resources to ensure consistency with Starlight's processes and continuously enhance sales delivery.
  • Contact customers the night before loan applications to confirm they have the necessary documents.
  • Reach out to customers on the night of sale to congratulate them on their new home and express gratitude for their choice of Starlight Homes.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers under contract to nurture rapport.
  • Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in a direct sales role.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplify professionalism in appearance and interactions with team members, management, and clients.
  • Support team members and adopt a collaborative approach to ensure collective success.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to manage high-volume situations effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, positive demeanor, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Keep an organized workspace and contribute to maintaining an orderly office environment.
