Job Summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the front desk staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Manage the reservation function to maximize room occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Oversee the handling of financial transactions, credit control, and security procedures.
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Hotel Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in night audit, 2 years in front desk operations, and 1 year in direct sales or retail trade.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary

$50,000.00 Yearly
