POSITION OVERVIEW

Global Atlantic Financial Group is in search of a seasoned professional in sales, marketing, and communications to spearhead the development and execution of a marketing strategy for our Independent Channel Annuity Sales. This role entails identifying projects and initiatives that foster awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while executing the sales strategy to meet revenue goals for the Independent sales channels. The position reports directly to the VP of Channel Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulate and implement a marketing strategy aimed at executing sales campaigns and establishing long-term brand equity within the Independent distribution channel.

· Collaborate with Individual Markets Sales leadership to generate creative and innovative concepts for advertising, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement that resonate with Global Atlantic's values and messaging.

· Cultivate strategic relationships across various departments, including Sales Leadership, Sales Desk, Sales Operations, Product, and Compliance.

· Oversee projects from conception through execution, approval, deployment, and analysis.

· Leverage data and analytics to derive insights, refine marketing strategies, and assess success.

· Lead the formulation and execution of Go-to-Market strategies and resources for new product and firm launches.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and print materials and communications for Financial Professionals to implement product/channel initiatives.

· Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure that marketing and advertising content adheres to established guidelines. Responsible for the submission of marketing materials and communications for compliance approval.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is essential.

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the sales and marketing of annuity products, is required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven ability to forge strong working relationships with sales partners.

· Capacity to comprehend and simplify complex products, sales concepts, and strategies.

· Experience in crafting marketing campaigns, launching new products, and managing a portfolio of existing materials and resources.

· Proficiency in developing and articulating a marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives and key marketing metrics.

· Demonstrated skills in creating impactful messages and visuals, along with the ability to showcase outcomes and insights through metrics and customer feedback.

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

· Effective problem-solving skills, professionalism, and sound judgment.

· Willingness and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
