About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Cardiorenal team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the cardiorenal market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians.
  • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to prescribe our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or a life science.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of the cardiorenal market and our products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car.
