Job Title: Respiratory Sales Specialist

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Respiratory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our respiratory care products to hospital accounts in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and territory management plans to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory.
  • Conduct customer visits to introduce our hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits.
  • Install equipment for evaluations of our hospital products, educate hospital employees, and provide post-sales education and support.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
  • Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce.
  • Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on our hospital products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model or 3+ years clinical experience in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory.
Benefits:
  • This sales role includes both a base salary and a variable commission plan.
  • The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Connecticut is $125,000 to $138,000 at plan with monthly over-plan commissions achievable.
