Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager (also referred to as Strategic Account Manager) plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position is designed for individuals with a strong background in client relations and sales, focusing on maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Transition teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations to enhance client engagement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's organizational structure and industry trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Drive client usage of our solutions to ensure they achieve a significant return on their investment.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.

Travel Requirements:
This role may require up to 75% travel, including overnight stays, to meet with clients and attend necessary training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
