Position Summary
In this role, you will identify and nurture new business prospects through networking, partnerships, and self-initiated opportunities. You will implement proactive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers within potential client organizations. You will oversee the complete sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation processes. Your responsibilities will include negotiating pricing and service scope with prospective clients, completing necessary sales documentation, and finalizing client service agreements. You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Additionally, you will mentor and guide new Business Consultants in their prospecting and sales endeavors, collaborating on opportunities developed by business consultants to enhance business strategies and outcomes. You will serve as a resource for new hires and support the regional manager in sales initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Generate new business within the assigned territory.
2. Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs.
3. Stay informed about new products and services as well as industry practices and trends.
4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
5. Oversee renewal proposals and processes for existing clients.
6. Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
7. Schedule regular meetings with clients to address questions and concerns during implementation.

8. Collect data to provide insights and direction on products and services, marketing and sales, and other areas related to general business.

9. Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to monitor activities.
10. Take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients.
11. Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff.
12. Share insights about client techniques that can enhance productivity.
13. Collaborate with teammates and leaders to devise optimal solutions for projects.

14. Offer guidance on initiative planning, client relationship management, vendor relations, product and services, marketing and sales, and other business-related areas.

15. Provide recommendations regarding best business practices and strategies.
16. Work with consulting team members and other staff to strengthen the organization's market strategy.
17. Analyze internal data to identify organizational weaknesses and develop solutions to address them.
18. Cultivate professional relationships with other experts in the field to gather insights on current business trends.
19. Monitor market trends to enhance branding and improve existing products and services.

Education & Experience
1. 3-5 years of experience in PEO sales.
2. Minimum of 1 quarter in President's Club attainment.
3. High School diploma; some college education preferred.
