Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or governmental services, which involved significant public interaction and regular use of computer systems.

Alternatively, candidates may qualify with four months of experience within the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles, meeting established proficiency standards.

It is essential for candidates to efficiently serve customers while achieving a minimum productivity level of three transactions per hour with an error rate of 1% or less. Proficiency in licensing or registration processes is required, along with demonstrated expertise in at least two job functions for a minimum of four months. These qualifications will be thoroughly evaluated by the relevant department and supervisory personnel.
