Compensation Package

Our estimated annual salary is $63,000 - $88,800, based on experience, education, and location. This package includes a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a well-organized sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
  • Cashier Duties: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, checks, and credit cards, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Support opening and closing store activities, provide customer support across departments, and assist pharmacy personnel when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and performing visual inspections.
