Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree or higher, with at least one year of experience in the human services field. You will also need to obtain Physical Management Training (PMT), First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration Certification within specified timeframes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive learning environment and developing strategies to help clients cope with challenging situations
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring clients' physical, medical, and behavioral changes
  • Reporting concerns to supervisors and clinicians, and administering medication as prescribed
  • Maintaining cleanliness of residences and assisting with laundry and meal preparation
