Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Signature Aviation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Fixed Base Operators (FBO) worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with the processing of customer transactions, including fuel sales, hangarage, and other services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our facilities, services, and surrounding areas, providing accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance and repair teams to ensure that customer aircraft are serviced efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to six months of experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
