Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the ZRS Management team, responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of our properties. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of all property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing of common areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property systems and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to maintenance and facilities management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
