Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial aspects of various Architecture, Engineering, and Construction projects
- Assist Project Managers in budget maintenance and timely financial reporting
- Organize and maintain project-related documentation, including system setup, contracts, and amendments
- Prepare and issue client invoices
- Handle project-related payables and receivables
- Conduct cost reporting
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required
- 0-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential
- Familiarity with CMiC software is advantageous but not mandatory
- A good sense of humor
- Strong technological skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are crucial.
