Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services to individual customers. This includes video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.

You will utilize advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services, as well as sales process experience, to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Core Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory.
  • Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, increasing their understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, independently establishing and organizing daily sales activities, generating business through established and approved methods of lead generation, and implementing effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
